We specialize in scaling up Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs, ideally, annual gross turnover between USD 3 Million and USD 15 Million) specifically in three key segments- mining, energy and integrated agribusiness sectors across Africa. By scaling up we unlock more sustainable profits through improving existing business models , creating new opportunities and most importantly ensuring the business complies with our people and planet agenda.
Our key guiding principle is deploying strategy advisory and capital raising tailored to the needs of such enterprises, mainly equity, debt and LC’s discounting instruments.

Minimum information requirements for prospective investees

A very brief description of the business (concept), including CVs and profiles of key management.
Unlimited access to strategic decision makers within the enterprise.
Where necessary, copies of audited financial statements for the preceding two years including a copy of the business’s most recent management accounts and a description of the current financial position.
Where necessary, engagement letter completed and signed.
